Fidia Engineering operates in the field of process and detail engineering for industrial plants, mainly in the chemical and chemical-pharmaceutical industry. The activities we normally carry out, within the scope of design, are the following:
Process calculations (unit operations of chemical and industrial plants)
Dimensioning of lines and plants, assembly and detail drawings, material and instrumentation lists, work scheduling, etc.
Technical specifications for equipment, detailed construction drawings and structural calculations (both in a workmanlike manner and PED, INAIL, VSR and VSG).
FDA validations with the drafting of installation and operating qualifications (IQ/OQ).
Preliminary designs for the economic evaluation of larger industrial projects and executive designs for new installations
Material, thermal and energy balances.
Drawing up flow and process diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), equipment and piping plans and isometric sketches, both for new installations and existing plants.
Sizing of safety valves and rupture disks.
